Issue Description
Decorative images that do not provide additional information or relevant context (eye candy) are unnecessary when presented to assistive technology users.
Recommendation
Hide all decorative or layout images from assistive technology. Add alternative text in the form of a null (empty) alt tag <alt="> to an image to hide it from assistive technology.
